What We Do
Our events focus on the prevention of drug use and senseless violence in the lives of our youth. We use various tools to accomplish our mission, from educational literature to noted speakers or panel discussions addressing crucial topics in the lives of our young people today. From various youth interactive programs to live entertainment, we use a variety of tools to reach young people that are looking for something positive out of life.

Four times a year we give the youth in the Greater Cincinnati area a medium by which they can communicate with each other and adults alike. Our newsletter focuses on community events that Three Square Music Foundation believes are worthwhile. We strive to foster a dialogue with the youth in the community on current important social topics that affect their lives.

Recently, we've broadened our approach to all of our annual programs. We wanted to create a better vehicle for youth to express themselves about things that directly affect their lives every day. The need to create a long-term program that could address such issues and needed solutions became apparent. Thus, Leadership Training Institute (LTI) program and committee was established. Programs are geared to dealing with issues that the youth feel are most important. The involvement of many civic and social leaders has given this new program great promise.

There is an urgent need for adult leadership and collaboration within communities to address this crisis in more comprehensive and positive ways. Today's youth require our focused efforts to embrace, nurture, and support them, thereby reducing their chances for involvement with violence and related high-risk behaviors. Citizens today must also be motivated and empowered to lobby for needed public policies and resource distribution that support the well-being of youth and families. Three Square Music Foundation responds to this state of urgency and needs each and every one of you to assist us in this unique collaborative venture to prevent the spread of drugs and violence in the city of Cincinnati. Join us in the never-ending fight to help our Voices of the Future to do the right thing.

REMEMBER...Without a VISION our youth will perish.
